Goan Muse

White rum - 60 ml
Guava puree or juice - 3-4 pcs
Green chilli - 1 slice
Lime juice - 15 ml
Sparkling Grapefruit Tonic Water
Ice

Glass Type: Rock glass

Garnish: Salt rim with red chilli powder

In a cocktail shaker or jar, add the rum, guava puree, green chilli, lime juice, some ice and give it a nice stir. Salt the rim of your glass, add ice and pour the ingredients into the glass. Top off with Jade Forest’s Sparkling Grapefruit Tonic Water.
