Doralto Cocktail
Ingredients
45ml Tequila
15ml Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp Sugar
Dash of Aromatic Bitters
Instructions
In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine first 4 ingredients and shake well. Strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes. Top with Jade Forest Tonic water and garnish with a lime wedge.
Gin & Bitter LemonCocktail
Ingredients
45ml Gin
15ml Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp Sugar

In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine first 3 ingredients and shake well. Strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes. Top with Jade Forest Tonic Water.
Moscow Mule Cocktail
Ingredients
60ml Vodka
30ml Lime Juice
Mint Leaves (for garnish)
Instructions
Pour the first two ingredients into a high ball glass and fill with ice. Top with Jade Forest Ginger Ale and garnish with a couple sprigs of mint leaves and lime wedge
Campari Safari Cocktail
Ingredients
30ml Campari
30ml Gin
15ml Lemon Juice
Instructions
Build ingredients into a cocktail glass. Stir & Serve
Horse’s Neck Cocktail
Ingredients
60ml Bourbon
Dash of Aromatic Bitters
Long Lemon Twist for Garnish
Instructions
Fill a collins glass with ice. Add bourbon, top with Jade Forest Ginger Ale & a dash of aromatic bitters. Garnish with a lemon twist.
Gin Buck Cocktail
Ingredients
60ml Gin
15ml Lemon Juice
Instructions
Fill a collins glass with ice. Add the gin and lemon juice and top with Jade Forest Ginger Ale. Stir and garnish with a wedge of lemon.
