Orange Blossom Highball

Tequila - 60 ml
Watermelon - 4-5 pcs
Lime juice - 10 ml
Sugar syrup - 10 ml
Original Ginger Ale
Ice

Glass Type: Copper Mule/Rock glass

Garnish: Watermelon

In a cocktail shaker, muddle 3-4 pieces of watermelon. Add the tequila, lime juice, sugar syrup, some ice and give it a good shake. In an empty glass, add ice and the ingredients from the shaker. Top off with jade Forest’s Original Ginger Ale. Garnish with a slice of watermelon.

Star Struck Tonic

Vodka - 60 ml
Star fruit - 4-5 pcs
Mint leaves - 6-8 pcs
Wild Elderflower Tonic Water
Ice

Glass Type: Tall Glass

Garnish: Star fruit & mint

In a tall glass, muddle the star fruit and 3-4 pcs mint. Add plenty of ice followed by vodka. Give it a stir before adding Jade Forest’s Wild Elderflower Tonic Water. Garnish with a piece of star fruit and a sprig of mint.

Beat the Heat

Goan Muse

White rum - 60 ml
Guava puree or juice - 3-4 pcs
Green chilli - 1 slice
Lime juice - 15 ml
Sparkling Grapefruit Tonic Water
Ice

Glass Type: Rock glass

Garnish: Salt rim with red chilli powder

In a cocktail shaker or jar, add the rum, guava puree, green chilli, lime juice, some ice and give it a nice stir. Salt the rim of your glass, add ice and pour the ingredients into the glass. Top off with Jade Forest’s Sparkling Grapefruit Tonic Water.
